LENOVO?!?! WHY ARE USERS GETTING IGNORED? So question to you Hector in particular - how can people work with laptops which are even on the warranty when the support ignores them at all?

A lot of users are reporting the similar issues, will there be an official update on the problem? It is definitely a software issue.
